We’ve compiled this page for you from all the most frequently asked questions we get on our customer service, and we hope that you might find answers to the questions you’re having! If however you’re experiencing something that isn’t listed in here, we urge you to contact us at our customer service!

Lola's Learningland is only available on iOS via the Apple App Store. We look forward to bringing Lola's Learnignland to Android in 2024!

No, of course not! You will only be charged if:

  1. You cancel your subscription after the 7-day trial period expires.

    • You can find our instructions for cancelling at "How do I manage my subscription to Lola's Learningland?"
  2. If you are ineligible for the 7-day free trial because you have already purchased and cancelled a subscription in the past with the same user email or Apple ID.

What can I do if I didn't get my 7-day free trial, or the free trial has renewed into paid version?
- In these situations we kindly ask you to send us a message at [email protected], so we can figure it out with you!
Please notice that we have a 14-day refund policy, read more at "Can I get a refund from my Lola Panda applications?".

If you've purchased the application from the Apple App Store you can follow instructions regarding subscription management on their site, or you can go to the Parental Settings menu (top right on the map screen), and cancel using the Manage Subscription button.
Here is also copy of instructions from Apple:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.

If you've purchased directly from our website:
You can go from in-game into the Parental Settings menu (top right on the map screen) to access our customer portal by pressing the "manage subscriptions" button.
In case accessing the portal from in-game isn't possible, you may use the Chargebee Subscription Management link you received when you first created your account.

  1. Find your account creation email called "Thanks for signing up to Lola's Learningland!"
  2. Click the link at the bottom to go to the Chargebee portal
  3. Log in with your email (you'll receive a one time use password, remember to check spam)
  4. Cancel or edit the subscription

Our games are crafted for young children to learn the basics of reading, mathematics and logic puzzles. While it could be suitable if you already posses some listening skills in that language, many of our games come with instructions and other linguistic narration presented in simple language by native speakers and leading voice talent that could be challenging if you're completely unfamiliar with the language.

To keep your subscription and pre-purchased games, you'll need to use the same account on the new device where your previous purchases has been made with. For Apple if an app isn't recognizing your purchase even with clicking "restore purchases" button in-app, please contact us in [email protected]. Android should automatically recognize your previous purchase.

Sadly as of right now, the progress does not carry over between most of our games, yet we are working towards improving it!

We're currently not sure if family sharing works on all devices and Lola Panda applications, but generally this can be found by looking through details on our AppStore/Play Store product pages. We also urge you to check your Family Sharing settings on your respected device to find out if it's on!

For Apple if your Lola's Learningland subscription isn't being shared by normal way of Family sharing, we recommend logging in with the same AppleID or email used to purchase the product. This way you will be able to play on another device, as long as you use the same email and details as on your purchase!

You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the "unsubscribe from this list" button at the bottom of our emails, if however you've blocked all communications with us you may not be able to receive password changes or new account details. If you've happened to block all communications and wish to have the subscription related messaging back, you can try allowing our "[email protected]" email to message you, or message us in [email protected]!

Depending on where you have acquired your subscription from, we might be able to help you. Below we have pasted some policies for different app stores and places you can acquire our applications from.

Apple:
All Apple products have a 14 day refund policy. The subscriptions purchased from Apple can't be cancelled by Lola Panda team members, so please follow the official apple instructions in here!

Applications purchased from our website:
Like Apple, purchases made through our website (currently only Lola's Learningland) have a 14 day return policy. We hope you'll contact us at [email protected], so we can process the refund and gain additional information as to what made you want to reach out for a refund, or what we could improve upon. If you happen to get a case of double payments for some reason, we'd kindly ask you to send us screenshots of both of these payments.

Google Play Store:
If it has been under 48 hours from your in-app purchase, you can ask for a refund from Google Play. Sadly as with Apple The Lola Panda team members can't refund your purchases through Google Play, but we have found instructions for how to request a refund right here underneath the "Request a refund for recent purchases" part!
