Data Deletion Instructions

At Lola’s Learningland, your privacy matters. This page outlines what data we collect, how it is used, and how you can request deletion of your personal data.

 

What Data We Collect?

We collect limited information to improve your experience and keep you informed, including:

  • Child progress data: Learning milestones, in-app activity, and achievements to generate personalized progress reports for parents.

  • Parent contact details: Email addresses submitted during signup or through in-app forms.

  • Billing information: If you purchase a subscription, payment data is processed securely via Chargebee.

  • Marketing data: We use your email to send occasional product updates and learning tips via Mailchimp.

  • Advertising data: We may use anonymized or hashed user data to run retargeting ads through Facebook, to remind you of features or updates.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for profit. All data is processed securely and in accordance with data protection laws such as the GDPR.

How to Request Data Deletion?

If you would like your data deleted from our systems, you have two options:

1. Delete App Access via Facebook

If you used Facebook Login:

  • Go to your Facebook Settings

  • Click on Apps and Websites

  • Find Lola’s Learningland and click Remove

  • This will remove the connection between your Facebook account and our app

2. Direct Deletion Request

If you would like us to delete all personal data (including reports, email, and marketing data), please send an email to:
