Our app is available in several stores, and their refund policies may vary slightly. If you have purchased our applications subscription through other services than our website, we are unfortunately not able to help you remotely, as we do not have access to returns outside our website. Here you can find the details for the relevant stores.
Apple/AppStore:
Apple products come with a 14-day refund policy, allowing you to request a refund for your order. The Lola Panda team does not have the ability to process refunds for Apple purchases remotely via customer support, so you can request a refund directly from Apple by following the instructions here!
Purchases from our website:
Similar to Apple but slightly more flexible, purchases made through our website (only for Lola’s Learningland) are eligible for a 14-day refund guarantee. Please contact support@lolapanda.com for a refund through our customer service. When contacting us, please also provide the reason for your refund request. For example, if the reason is a duplicate charge, we ask that you provide screenshots as proof of both completed payments.
Android/Google Play Store:
If the in-app purchase was made within the last 48 hours, you can request a refund through Google Play. Similar to Apple, unfortunately, the Lola Panda team cannot process refunds remotely via customer service. You can request a refund by following the instructions here!
Please note if the request is made later than the day mentioned, we might not be able to refund you monetarily.
